Raw Energy Salad
Serves 4 or 8 as a side salad
Salad ingredients
- 500gm beetroot peeled and grated
- 500gm carrots peeled and grated
- 2 apples grated
- 3/4 cup sultanas
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 scoop Double Shot
- Finely chopped parsley garnish.
Method
- Add all salad ingredients into a salad bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and whisk together.
- Drizzle dressing over salad as desired.
