Ingredients
Pink layer

½ cup fresh mango chunks
- ½ banana
- ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 scoop Red Shot
Yellow layer

½ cup fresh mango chunks
- ½ banana
- ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
Other
- Extra fresh fruit chunks to decorate
- Coconut flakes to decorate
Method
Pink layer
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses.
Yellow layer
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Use a spoon to carefully pour the yellow layer onto the pink layer, turning the glass as you pour the smoothie in.
Decorate with extra fruit chunks and coconut flakes.
Serve immediately.
