Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.Β
Pour into 2 glasses.Β
YellowΒ layer
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Use a spoon to carefully pour the yellow layer onto the pink layer, turning the glass as you pour the smoothie in.
Decorate with extra fruit chunks and coconut flakes.
