Ingredients
- 2 cup oat or soy milk
- 8 fresh dates
- 2-3 shots espresso
- 2 scoops Double Shot
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 cup yoghurt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Handful of ice cubes
Method
Remove the pits from the dates and cut them in to small pieces.
Pour the hot espresso over the dates and leave them to soften while you prepare the other ingredients.
Pour the milk, Double Shot, tahini, yoghurt and cinnamon into the blender.
Add coffee, dates and a few ice cubes and blend until smooth.
Pour into two glasses and dust the tops with cinnamon.
Serve and enjoy!
