Ingredients
Bottom layer
- ½ tsp matcha powder
- ½ cup coconut yoghurt
- ½ banana
- ½ cup spinach
- 2 tsp Green Shot
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Middle layer
- ¾ cup coconut yoghurt
Top layer
- 150g fresh strawberries, chopped
- 150g diced watermelon, chopped
- 2 tsp Red Shot
- Squeeze lemon juice
- Extra slices of watermelon to decorate
Method
Bottom layer - matcha smoothie
Place all ingredients for the bottom layer into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses
Middle layer - coconut yoghurt
Stir the yoghurt until smooth. Carefully spoon the yoghurt around the edge of the glass, turning the glass as you spoon it in to help the yoghurt sit on top of the matcha smoothie.
Top layer - watermelon and strawberry smoothie
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Use a spoon to pour the smoothie carefully around the edge of the glass onto the yoghurt.
Cut a wedge of watermelon and place on the edge of the glass.
Serve and enjoy!
