I took Nutrient Rescue for two or three years during which time I rarely got sick and if I did get sick, it didn't last long and I quickly recovered. Then I had a year and a half break from Nutrient Rescue due to financial reasons during which time my health went downhill and I was either sick or recovering from illness for a year. So now I'm back into it again for a couple of months and experiencing the wonderful benefits already, and feeling so much better and sleeping better too. We think the Double Shot tastes like berry-freshness in a bottle, but some people find it 'nutritious, not delicious'.
