Ingredients
- 1 butterflied chicken
- ¼ cup lime juice
- ¼ cup coriander
- 1 tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 scoop Double Shot
Method
Combine all ingredients and smear all over the chicken and let marinate for an hour.
Cook at 180°C for 1 hour.
Serve with charred lime or lemon wedges.
