Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk (almond, oat, soy, etc.)
- 1 scoop Double Shot (or Red Shot)
- ½ cup crushed berries (fresh or thawed, lightly mashed)
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Extra berries or museli (for garnish)

In a blender, combine the almond milk, banana, frozen berries, greek yogurt, Double Shot and honey (if using).

Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little more milk if you want a thinner consistency.

Pour into your favourite glass or jar.

Garnish with fresh berries, a sprinkle of nuts, or a mint sprig for that extra wow factor.
