Ingredients

  • 1 cup of milk (almond, oat, soy, etc.)
  • 1 scoop Double Shot (or Red Shot)
  • ½ cup crushed berries (fresh or thawed, lightly mashed)
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Extra berries or museli (for garnish)

Method

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the almond milk, banana, frozen berries, greek yogurt, Double Shot and honey (if using).

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little more milk if you want a thinner consistency.

  3. Pour into your favourite glass or jar.

  4. Garnish with fresh berries, a sprinkle of nuts, or a mint sprig for that extra wow factor.

  5. Sip slowly, savour the flavours, and feel the energy kick in!
