Ingredients
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 2 cups milk (almond, oat, soy, etc.)
- 1 scoop Double Shot (or Red Shot)
- ½ cup crushed berries (fresh or thawed, lightly mashed)
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 2 cups yoghurt (Greek or Coconut, for topping)
- Extra berries or museli (for garnish)
Method
- Mix the base: In a jug or large bowl, whisk milk and Double Shot until smooth. Stir in chia seeds, crushed berries, and honey if using. Let sit 10–15 minutes, stirring once or twice so the seeds don’t clump.
- Fill the jars: Divide the mixture evenly among 4 mason jars (about 250 ml each).
- Chill: Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 3 hours) until thick and pudding-like.
- Top and serve: Before serving, add a generous dollop of yoghurt to each jar and finish with a spoonful of berries or a sprinkle of museli.
