Ingredients
- 3 cups (720ml) chilled pineapple juice
- 2 cups (480ml) chilled sparkling water (reserve ½ cup for after slushing)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 4 - 5 scoops (20-25g) Red Shot powder

Optional garnish: Fresh mint or strawberries
Method

In a jug, mix Red Shot with pineapple juice, lime juice and 1 ½ cups sparkling water.

Pour into the pre‑frozen Ninja SLUSHi tumbler up to the 1,890 ml line.

Run the slush cycle, scraping midway for an even freeze.

When ready, gently stir in the remaining sparkling water for a bubbly finish.
