Ingredients
- β cup dates, chopped
- 2 scoops Red Shot
- 2 tbsp cashew nut butter
- Β½ tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1Β½ tbsp maple syrup
- ΒΌ cup rolled oats
- β cup dried cranberries
- β cup mixed nuts, roasted
- Pinch of salt
To coat
- 1 scoop Red Shot
- 1 tbsp coconut flour (or desiccated coconut)
Method
Place the dates and Red Shot into a food processor and blitz until finely chopped.
No food processor? Just finely chop the dates by hand and mix them in a bowl with the Red Shot using the back of a spoon or a fork to mash and combine.
Add the nut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, cranberries, oats and nuts, and blitz until well chopped and sticking together.
Without a processor: Chop the nuts and cranberries finely, then stir everything together in a large bowl. Use your hands to mix and press until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
Roll into approximately 15 small balls.
Mix the coconut flour and Red Shot together in a bowl.Β
Individually roll the balls through the coconut flour and Red Shot mixture until well covered.
Keep in the fridge in an air-tight container, and enjoy!
