Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 10 fresh or frozen cranberries
- 6 strawberries
- 1Β ΒΎ cups cranberry juice
- Β½Β tsp ground cinnamon
- Β½Β tsp ground or grated ginger
- Honey or maple syrup for sweetness (optional)
- 1 scoopΒ Red Shot
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and garnish with oranges and strawberries.
