Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas (1 per person)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 pitted date or 1 tsp of sweetener
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop Red Shot
Method
Chop or break banana into bits to make blending easier, blend everything together until a medium thick consistency. Serve in a cup or glass.
