Ingredients
- 125g butter, softenedΒ
- Β½ cup brown sugarΒ
- 2 tbsp runny honeyΒ
- 1 ΒΌ cup rolled oatsΒ
- Β½ cup fine coconutΒ
- β cup self-raising flourΒ
- β cup dried cranberries, choppedΒ
- β cup dark chocolate, choppedΒ
- 2 tbsp cocoaΒ
- 2 tbsp Red ShotΒ
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Method
Preheat the oven to 170Β°C.
Beat the butter, brown sugar and honey together until well mixed.Β
Add all the remaining ingredients and mix together until combined.Β
Line a 20 x 22cm slice tin with baking paper.Β Tip the mixture into the tin and lightly press down.Β
Sprinkle with top with extra dark chocolate if desired.Β
Bake for 20-25 minutes depending on whether you like it chewy or crispy.Β
Allow to cool and cut in pieces.Β Store in an airtight container.Β
