Ingredients
- 1 banana
- ½ apple
- 5 pieces of pineapple
- 1 handful of spinach
- ¼ carrot
- ½ stalk celery
- 1 knob of fresh ginger
- ½ tbsp manuka honey
- ¼ cup of bran
- ½ cup coconut water
- ½ cup kiwifruit juice
- 1 scoop Double Shot
- 2 tbsp yoghurt (optional)
- 1 splash of milk (optional)
