- 1 banana

- 5 pieces of pineapple
- 1 handful of spinach
- ΒΌΒ carrot
- Β½Β stalk celery
- 1 knob of fresh ginger
- Β½Β tbsp manuka honey
- ΒΌΒ cup of bran
- Β½Β cup coconut water
- Β½Β cup kiwifruit juice
- 1 scoop Double Shot
- 2 tbsp yoghurt (optional)
- 1 splash of milk (optional)
