I learned about nutrient rescue from my brother as he gifted it to me.
I do intermittent fasting every day, and this is the first thing I would drink when breaking my fast. I really love that I don't feel sluggish at the end of the day like I used to. I love the taste too. For years my blood tests have shown signs of fatty liver, but with my latest blood test, I am now within the normal limit.

We always recommend taking your shot in the mornings, as you're likely follow a routine thereby making it easy to remember to take your shot. Taking it in the afternoons is also fine, although we wouldn’t recommend taking your shot in the evenings or before bedtime.
The flavour combines the earthiness of greens with the easy-to-drink sweetness of blackcurrant and boysenberry. We think the Double Shot tastes like berry-freshness in a bottle, but some people find it 'nutritious, not delicious'. If you find you're one of those people, then persevere, as you'll find your taste buds adapt. It's a great way to increase your daily consumption of red fruits and leafy greens.
There are many ways you can enjoy your superfood powder. Putting the powder into freshly squeezed juice or coconut water instead of plain water is an option, as is using the powders in a smoothie.
