Ultimate Ninja Summer Setup Giveaway Terms

1. Promotion Overview

The “Ultimate Ninja Summer Setup” (the Promotion) is run by Nutrient Rescue Limited, a New Zealand registered company. The Promotion runs from 1 February 2026 to 11:59 pm on 28 February 2026 NZDT (the Promotional Period).

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by Nutrient Rescue, which are final and binding.

2. Eligibility

  • The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents.

  • Employees of Nutrient Rescue, their immediate families, agencies, and anyone directly connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

  • Entries will only be accepted for purchases of Nutrient Rescue Superfood Shots made via the official Nutrient Rescue website or in-store at 228A Waltham Road, Christchurch.

3. How to Enter

Participants automatically receive entries during the Promotional Period as follows:

  • 5 entry – for any purchase of full size Nutrient Rescue Superfood Shots made during February 2026.

  • 20 entries – if that purchase is made while joining auto-renew (subscription).

  • 5 entries – for having an existing auto-renew subscription in February 2026.

  • 15 entries – for subscription orders processes during February 2026.

  • 1 entry - for subscribing to our mailing list in February 2026.

There is no limit to the number of entries per person; each purchase counts as a separate entry.

Incomplete, cancelled, refunded, or returned orders will not qualify.

4. Prize

  • Ten prize packs will be awarded, each including:

    • One (1) Ninja SLUSHi Professional Frozen Drink Maker, valued at approximately NZD $599.99 RRP.

    • One (1) Ninja CREAMi Deluxe 11-in-1 Ice Cream and Frozen Treat Maker, valued at approximately NZD $499.99 RRP.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.

  • Nutrient Rescue reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value should these products become unavailable for any reason.

5. Prize Draw and Notification

  • The winner will be randomly drawn by Nutrient Rescue within five (5) working days after the Promotional Period ends.

  • The draw will take place at Nutrient Rescue HQ, Christchurch, New Zealand.

  • The winner will be notified via the email or phone number associated with their qualifying order.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, Nutrient Rescue reserves the right to redraw a new winner.

6. Prize Delivery

  • The prize pack will be shipped to the winner’s nominated New Zealand address at no cost.

  • Nutrient Rescue is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses that occur after the prize has been dispatched.

7. General Conditions

  • By entering, participants consent to Nutrient Rescue using their name and general location (e.g., city and region) for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  • Nutrient Rescue reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant tampering with the entry process or acting in breach of these Terms.

  • Nutrient Rescue accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or corrupted entries due to technical or network issues.

  • The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Google, or Ninja.

  • Ninja has not provided the prize and is not involved in the administration of this Promotion.

  • Nutrient Rescue may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if circumstances beyond its control prevent fair or safe operation.

8. Privacy

All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Nutrient Rescue’s Privacy Policy. Information will only be used for the purpose of administering this Promotion and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

9. Governing Law

This Promotion and its Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
