1. Promotion Overview
The “$10,000 Travel Voucher Giveaway” (the Promotion) is run by Nutrient Rescue Limited, a New Zealand registered company. The Promotion runs from 15 October 2026 to 15 November 2026 at 11:59 pm NZDT (the Promotional Period).
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by Nutrient Rescue, which are final and binding.
2. Eligibility
• The Promotion is only open to New Zealand residents.
• Employees of Nutrient Rescue, their immediate families, agencies, and anyone directly connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
• Entries will only be accepted for purchases of Nutrient Rescue superfood shots made via the official Nutrient Rescue New Zealand website or in-store at 228A Waltham Road, Christchurch.
3. How to Enter
Participants automatically receive entries during the Promotional Period as follows:
• 1 entry - any purchase of full-size superfood shots made during the Promotional Period.
• 2 entries - if that purchase is made while joining Auto-renew subscription.
• 1 entry - for having an existing Auto-renew subscription during the Promotional Period.
• 2 entries - for Auto-renew subscription orders processed during the Promotional Period.
There is no limit to the number of entries per person. Each qualifying purchase counts as a separate entry.
Incomplete, cancelled, refunded, or returned orders will not qualify.
4. Prize
• One winner will receive one $10,000 House of Travel voucher, valued at $10,000 NZD.
• The voucher must be redeemed through House of Travel and is subject to House of Travel’s voucher terms and conditions.
• The House of Travel voucher is valid for 10 years from the time payment is made.
• The voucher cannot be used for a cash passport or foreign currency.
• Travel dates, destinations, availability, booking conditions, and any additional costs are subject to House of Travel’s terms and conditions.
• Any costs above the value of the voucher are the responsibility of the winner.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
5. Prize Draw and Notification
• The winner will be randomly drawn by Nutrient Rescue within five (5) working days after the Promotional Period ends.
• The draw will take place at Nutrient Rescue HQ, Christchurch, New Zealand.
• The winner will be notified via the email or phone number associated with their qualifying order.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, Nutrient Rescue reserves the right to redraw a new winner.
6. Prize Delivery
• Prize details and redemption instructions will be provided to the winner after they have been successfully contacted and verified.
• Nutrient Rescue is not liable for any delays, changes, cancellations, losses, or additional costs relating to the travel booking, travel provider, airline, accommodation provider, or any other third party involved in redeeming the prize.
7. General Conditions
• By entering, participants consent to Nutrient Rescue using their name and general location, such as city and region, for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Nutrient Rescue reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant tampering with the entry process or acting in breach of these Terms.
• Nutrient Rescue accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, invalid, or corrupted entries due to technical or network issues.
• The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Google or House of Travel.
• The nominated travel provider has not provided the prize and is not responsible for administering the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• Nutrient Rescue may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if circumstances beyond its control prevent fair or safe operation.
8. Privacy
All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Nutrient Rescue’s Privacy Policy. Information will only be used for the purpose of administering this Promotion and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
9. Governing Law
This Promotion and its Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
