Thermomix Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
This giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand, aged 18 years or older as of the entry date. Employees of Nutrient Rescue, their immediate families, and any affiliates, agencies, or contractors directly associated with the giveaway are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on 1 February 2025 and ends on 28 February 2025 for one-time purchases. For auto-renew customers, entries close 30 days after their last processed order, with the final cutoff being 2 March 2025.

How to Enter
Participants can enter the giveaway by:

  • Placing a one-time order of any Nutrient Rescue product through the Nutrient Rescue website (https://nutrientrescue.nz/) or in-store at 228A Waltham Road, Sydenham, Christchurch, New Zealand (1 entry).
  • Subscribing to auto-renew (2 entries).

Existing auto-renew subscribers automatically receive 1 entry. If their orders are processed during the promotional period (1 February – 2 March 2025), they will receive an additional entry.

Prizes
Grand Prize: Two winners will each receive a Thermomix TM6 prize pack valued at $3,428. Each prize pack includes:

  • A Thermomix TM6 machine ($2,699 value).

  • All Thermomix accessories, including a mixing bowl (with a lid, measuring cup, base, and blade); Varoma dish, tray, and lid; Spatula; Butterfly whisk; Simmering basket; Exclusive Thermomix Cookbook; and a second Thermomix mixing bowl with lid, measuring cup, base, and blade ($429 value).

  • A 3 month Cookidoo® Subscription.

  • A $300 voucher for TheMix Shop.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The draw will be conducted on or before 10 March 2025. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the notification, Nutrient Rescue reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to an alternate winner.

General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Nutrient Rescue, which are final and binding. Nutrient Rescue reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these terms, or engaging in any fraudulent activity.

Nutrient Rescue is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or incomplete entries, or any other issues beyond its reasonable control.

Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from or relating to the giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
