Double shot has been a game changer for me. Been taking it for quite awhile that I notice when I miss a dose. I have Crohn's, depression and currently a concussion and it helps with it all. It makes my tummy happier to accept food after whereas if I eat before taking I get pain. And it gives me energy and mental clarity. Love it, I tell everyone about it and give them some to try.

We think the Double Shot tastes like berry-freshness in a bottle, but some people find it 'nutritious, not delicious'. If you find you're one of those people, then persevere, as you'll find your taste buds adapt. It's a great way to increase your daily consumption of red fruits and leafy greens.
There are many ways you can enjoy your superfood powder. Putting the powder into freshly squeezed juice or coconut water instead of plain water is an option, as is using the powders in a smoothie.
