The double shot has helped me a lot in my day to day life. I have rheumatoid arthritis and have had thyroid cancer twice. I experience times of pretty strong fatigue and low mood. I stir my double shots into my overnight oats. Gives great flavor. Helps give good sustained energy all day. Double Shot - The flavour combines the earthiness of greens with the easy-to-drink sweetness of blackcurrant and boysenberry. We think the Double Shot tastes like berry-freshness in a bottle, but some people find it 'nutritious, not delicious'. If you find you're one of those people, then persevere, as you'll find your taste buds adapt. It's a great way to increase your daily consumption of red fruits and leafy greens.
