As a qualified and successful Nutritionalist I am watchful of my diet and take a daily supplements However, I am approaching 75 now, and still expecting to keep up my Golf, Gym and Yoga etc Earlier in the year I felt I was "slowing down ". Nutrient rescue has improved my energy levels plus concentration. I have suffered several concussions starting with a swing injury at 1 years old which put me in hospital for 5 days. I'm definitely noticing (and appreciating) the difference I feel when I am having my daily double shot! To be honest, I had stopped taking it for a couple of weeks, but the sluggishness and foggy brain were evident. As soon as I recommenced my daily shots, I feel so much better!

I added Double Shot to my daily routine during a period of high (for me) intensity training ahead of the Faultline Ultra. I find I tend to be more susceptible to illness when I push myself for an extended period. I felt good throughout the training this time. Perhaps I'm getting strong with age - but I suspect my nutrition helped too.

Why?…. Haven’t got any colds or flu’s this winter. My facial skin is radiant and don’t mind the taste. We have it with Cranberry Juice! I would recommend this product to anyone!
