Red Shot and Cranberry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 large banana
10 fresh or frozen cranberries
6 strawberries
1 3/4 cups cranberry juice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground or grated ginger
Honey or maple syrup for sweetness if required
1 scoop Red Shot
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with oranges and strawberries
