9th Birthday Celebration Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
1.1 The birthday celebration giveaway and promotions are open to all customers of Nutrient Rescue who purchase through nutrientrescue.nz in September 2024.
1.2 The social media competitions are open to all Facebook and Instagram followers of Nutrient Rescue.
1.3 Employees of Nutrient Rescue, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation, or the birthday celebration are not eligible to participate.
1.4 Participants must be 18 years or older and residents of New Zealand.
Garmin fēnix 7 Pro Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Giveaway Period
2.1 The Garmin fēnix 7 Pro Giveaway is part of our birthday celebration, running from 12:00 AM NZST on September 1, 2024, until 11:59 PM NZST on September 30, 2024.
2.2 Two winners will be randomly selected each week throughout the celebration period.
How to Enter
3.1 Every purchase made through nutrientrescue.nz during the giveaway period automatically enters the customer into the giveaway. Auto-renew customers are also automatically entered if their auto-renew orders are processed during the giveaway period.
3.2 Multiple entries are permitted; each order counts as a new entry.
Prizes
4.1 Each selected winner will receive one Garmin fēnix® 7 Pro watch.
4.2 The prizes include the Garmin fēnix® 7S Pro – Solar Edition and the Garmin fēnix® 7 Pro – Solar Edition.
4.3 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.
4.4 Nutrient Rescue reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require it.
4.5 All prizes will be shipped to the winners in the first week of October 2024.
Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 Winners will be randomly selected by the Nutrient Rescue team from all eligible entries.
5.2 Weekly winners will be drawn on September 9, 16, 23, and 30, 2024 and announced on the Nutrient Rescue Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/nutrientrescue/).
5.3 Winners will be notified via phone call and/or email within 5 business days of the draw.
Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions
6.1. There is no limit on the number of entries; participants may enter as many times as they wish.
6.2. Entries can be submitted through Instagram or Facebook, with all entries being pooled into the same draw.
6.3. Winners will be contacted directly via Instagram or Facebook messaging.
6.4. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.5. The winner will be selected randomly by the Nutrient Rescue team.
6.6. Please note that the giveaway images provided are examples and reflect the product, not the specific colors.
7 Free Sachet Promotion Terms and Conditions
7.1. The 7 free sachet promotion is applicable with any purchase of superfood powders from 12:00 AM NZST on September 12, 2024, until 11:59 PM NZST on September 15, 2024.
7.2. The free sachets will automatically be added to the customer’s order at checkout when they meet the eligibility conditions.
7.3. This offer is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash or credit.
General Conditions
9.1. Nutrient Rescue reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
9.2. Nutrient Rescue is not responsible for any technical issues or human errors that may result in lost, delayed, or corrupted entries.
Privacy
10.1. Participants' personal data will be used in accordance with Nutrient Rescue's privacy policy and solely for administering this giveaway.
10.2. Winners agree to use their names and images in any publicity material and their entry.
Governing Law
11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
