BBQ Lamb Rack with spicy rub

Serves 4, Prep 5 mins, Cook 20 mins



2 x trimmed NZ Lamb Racks 


  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ¼ tsp dill
  • ¼ tsp celery salt
  • ¼ tsp rosemary
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 scoop Red Shot



  • Combine all rub ingredients and massage into the lamb. 
  • Sear the racks in a pan with olive oil for 3- 4 minutes and transfer to an oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. 
  • Let rest for 20 minutes, and then cut into cutlets as a snack or cut in half as main meal.
